For the second time in 6 months ... former Skid Row frontman Sebastian Bach has been arrested for weed -- this time, Bach was popped for marijuana possession in New Jersey.
TMZ has confirmed ... Bach was pulled over for "failing to keep right" on a highway in Monmouth County, NJ at 3:32 AM on Tuesday -- and during the stop, the officer conducted an investigation and discovered weed.
43-year-old Bach was arrested for possessing less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Bach was hauled in to a local jail -- and was eventually released pending a future court hearing.
TMZ broke the story ... Bach was arrested for weed possession in Canada back in December after getting rowdy at an Ontario bar.
