Teresa Palmer has revealed the sobering reality of raising four children below the age of six.
The Australian actress, who shares children Bodhi, nine, Forest, six, Poet, four, and Prairie, two, with husband Mark Webber, revealed she's been breastfeeding non-stop since becoming a mother in 2014.
'I'm on day 3367 or something so my boobs are pretty adaptable,' joked Teresa in an interview with Marie Claire Australia this week.
Palmer breastfed her older children while pregnant and regularly nursed two children at once - a practice called 'tandem feeding'.
'My boobs grow double the size by the end of the day', she added.

The Clearing actress, who is also a step-mother to Mark's son Isaac, has never been shy to describe the ups and downs of breastfeeding.
In August 2021 she penned a candid Instagram post about the psychological and physical toll of nursing four children non-stop.
'Some days it's a lot, I'm utterly exhausted and just want my body back, other days I sit in a place of deep gratitude as I cherish and honour this experience with my babes,' she wrote.
The Ride Like A Girl star also acknowledged she'd been 'privileged enough to have the choice to breastfeed', as some women struggle with the process, writing: 'Women should be celebrated for however they feed their babies, free from judgement.

'It's incredible to think that these debates and harmful conversations are STILL going on. Let's hope we are moving towards change in this area,' she added.
It comes after Teresa admitted she's hoping to add even at least three more children to her brood.
Speaking to The Daily Telegraph in November, the Warm Bodies star said admitted she's hoping to fall pregnant with twins.

'Twins run in the family. I might get two for one next time,' she said.
Teresa recalled how she told Mark on their first date that she wanted six kids.
'He said he also wanted six, so I am holding him to that number,' she joked.
